FAQ

How do I know what ring size to order?
An accurate finger sizing needs to be done in store. There are many factors that can affect the ring size to suit an individual.  We make our rings to average sizes so if the ring is a gift you present it to your recipient then have it custom fitted to suit. For designs that allow for re-sizing we offer a complimentary re-size if it is within 3 sizes up or down and if the sizing is done within 8 weeks of purchase.

What happens if I change my mind?
We want you to be happy with your beautiful jewellery so you are welcome to exchange the piece with something more suitable. Exchanges may take place if the jewellery is in as new condition with no signs of wear and within 2 weeks of purchase. Alternatively, you can return the goods within 2 weeks and you will be issued with a Watsons' credit. The credit will have no expiry date and can be used towards any Watsons' jewellery. We do not offer refunds unless the jewellery has a manufacturing fault.

Watson's does not have a particular company that we refer clients to for jewellery insurance. Most commonly, clients will insure new purchases under their existing home and contents insurance policy.

Unless the pendants and chains are joined together, chains are purchased as a separate item. Clients often have their own chains or they might like to choose a chain at a particular length and style to match the pendant so we sell them separately for these reasons.
